To ensure that your Vanguard Permanent Coatings product continues to protect and beautify your home for a lifetime, we recommend our Annual Maintenance Program. For a minimal charge Vanguard will perform:

• An entire wash of the home or building using mildecide
  and TSP solution.
• A complete inspection of all coatings, caulking and visible exterior coatings.
  
• FREE repair or replacement of any caulking found
  to be damaged.
  
• FREE touch-ups on any surface or area coated with Vanguard Permanent Coatings Inc. products found to be damaged from normal wear and tear.
  
• Home owner will be notified of any substrate damage.
